move abroad escape plan Bootcamp

You’ve Built the Business.

Now It’s Time to Experience the Freedom

Make Sure Your Sound Is Turned ON! (Tap the video)

A 4-day LIVE virtual bootcamp to help you design a personalized move abroad plan that works with your life, income, and goals — not against them.

February 23rd - 26th at 11am Eastern!

So you want to move abroad.

You’ve thought about it. Researched it. Imagined it.

But something keeps stopping you from actually moving forward.

Which of these sounds most like you?

Problem N° 1

You’ve built income you trust. You don’t trust the move.

You’ve worked hard to create income for yourself.

It’s consistent. It’s real. It didn’t happen by accident.

But when you think about moving abroad, that confidence starts to crack.

Will what you’re making actually support the quality of life you want overseas?

Will it qualify you for a visa? Is your business structured the right way?

What happens to taxes, retirement, and long-term investing once you leave the U.S.?

You don’t want to start over.

You don’t want surprise tax bills, visa issues, or financial stress you didn’t anticipate.

And you definitely don’t want to uproot your life only to realize it’s more expensive, more complicated, or more stressful than what you left behind.

You’re not afraid of moving abroad. You’re afraid of doing it wrong.

Problem N° 2

You’ve done a lot of research, but it hasn’t moved you forward.

You start by Googling visas. Then you look at rent prices. Schools. Healthcare. Taxes.

After spending hours researching one country, you jump to a different country and do it all over again.

Before you know it, you have dozens of tabs open and feel more confused and overwhelmed than when you started.

You’ve learned a lot, but you don’t have a plan. Nothing feels connected and no amount of research helps you narrow things down.

Instead of creating clarity, all that information just adds more noise.

You keep hoping the next article will make things click, but for some reason it never does.

Problem N° 3

You don’t have time to work on moving abroad.

You’re busy.

Your calendar is full. Your days are booked. Deadlines don’t stop.

Your business needs attention, and so does everything else in your life.

There’s always something that’s more urgent, so the move gets pushed to “later”.

After this launch. After the holidays. After things slow down.

But things don’t slow down.

Add in the life logistics and it feels even harder to start.

Partners. Pets. Kids. Clients. Leases. Routines.

Moving abroad starts to feel like something that requires weeks of uninterrupted focus, which is time you don’t have.

So the dream stays on the back burner. Not because you don’t want it, but because you can’t see where it fits.

You tell yourself you’ll make time soon, but you’ve been saying that for years.

Why You Still Haven’t Made the Move

It’s not one big thing holding you back. It’s the combination of everything.

The financial uncertainty.

The endless research without direction. The lack of time to pull it all together. So the move stays theoretical. You see other people doing it online. People with fewer responsibilities. Less to lose. Different lives.

Meanwhile, you keep thinking about it. Imagining it. Planning it “someday.” Another year passes. And living abroad is still an idea, not a reality.

Hey, I'm Richelle!

I’ve been living abroad for 13 years, and I’ve built my entire life and business from overseas.

When I first moved abroad in 2013, I joined a program that promised support and delivered chaos. I ended up underpaid, isolated, and locked into a contract that would have cost my entire year’s salary to escape.

It wasn’t freedom. It was a hard lesson.

Instead of running home, I started paying attention to what actually matters: income, visas, cost of living, taxes, and long-term viability. Not just getting abroad, but building a life I love overseas.

Over the years, I’ve lived in six countries, earned my master’s degree abroad, saved $40,000 in two years as a college counselor, and transitioned from traditional jobs to freelancing to building my own business.

Today, I run a multi-six-figure company from overseas. Last year, my business generated $785,000 in revenue, built entirely from abroad, while optimizing for taxes, income structure, and long-term sustainability.

In addition to growing my business from abroad, I built a full life overseas. I started a family abroad and now live in Spain with my Aussie husband and two-year-old daughter.

Over the last several years, I’ve helped hundreds of people move abroad through my coaching and programs, and we’ve had over 3,900 people go through this bootcamp alone.

At this point, I’ve seen every version of this journey.

Different income levels. Different business structures. Different family situations. Health concerns. Pets. Selling homes. You name it.

The biggest thing I’ve learned: You don’t need more information.

You need a clear plan, built by someone who’s been doing this long enough to know what works.

Here’s What Actually Works.

If you want to move abroad, you don’t need more information.

You need a plan you can implement.

The reason you’re stuck isn’t lack of effort. It’s that you’re stuck in research mode.

You keep gathering information, hoping it will make things feel clear.

You research visas. Then cost of living. Then schools. Then taxes.

You jump from country to country, tab to tab.

But information on its own doesn’t create confidence.

It creates overwhelm.

That’s how you can know so much about moving abroad and still don’t know what to do.

You skipped the most important step: deciding what you actually want.

You started researching countries and visas before getting clear on the life you want to build.

You’ve been asking, “What CAN I do?” instead of, “What do I actually want my life to look like?”

Without clarity on your lifestyle, priorities, and goals, every option looks possible and every decision feels risky.

You’re not overwhelmed because there are too many choices.

You’re overwhelmed because you don’t even know what you want.

A plan starts with you, not the options.

It helps you get clear on the life you want to live, then narrows countries, visas, and timelines based on that vision.

Instead of researching everything, you’re making decisions that actually move you forward.

When your lifestyle, income, destination, and timeline work together, you have a plan you can implement.

You know what you’re working toward.

And you know what to do next.

I’m not here to feed your research addiction.

I work with people who actually move abroad.

Here’s What You’ll Walk Away With

Over four focused sessions, we’ll build your Move Abroad Escape Plan—live.

By the end, you’ll have a clear, personalized plan designed around you.

No fluff. No endless options. Just a plan you can execute.

Day 1

Design the Life You’re Moving For

Before you think about countries, visas, or income, you need clarity on one thing: what kind of life you want to be living.

Most people skip this step. They jump straight into researching options and then get stuck, afraid of making the wrong choice.

In this session you’ll get clear on what you want your life to look like before choosing where or how to move. This is how you avoid building a move that looks good on paper but doesn’t actually work for you.

This becomes the foundation for every decision that follows.

Day 2

Choose a Country That Actually Works

Right now, choosing a country feels overwhelming.

You read about visas and requirements, but it’s hard to tell what applies to your situation.

In this session, you’ll learn how visas work at a high level and how to think about them strategically, without getting lost in fine print.

We’ll look at the key factors that matter when choosing a country, how your income and lifestyle shape that choice, and what options exist when you don’t neatly qualify for the most obvious visa.

You’ll leave with a short list of countries that make sense for you and a clear direction on where to focus next.

Day 3

Make Your Income Work for the Move

Now it’s time to answer the question that’s been weighing on you: can your income actually support this move?

In this session, you’ll learn how income is evaluated for visas and real life abroad — including inconsistent income, early-stage businesses, passive income, savings, and selling assets.

We’ll look at when it makes sense to move first and build from overseas, how cost of living changes what’s financially possible, and how moving abroad can be a tool for wealth creation instead of financial stress.

You’ll leave knowing whether your income works now, and exactly what would make this move possible if it doesn’t.

Day 4

Turn Your Plan Into a Real Move

You’ll have a clear plan by this point.

Now comes the part most people get stuck on: executing it.

In this final session, we’ll talk through what it really takes to implement your plan. What needs to happen, the order it matters in, and where people tend to stall or second-guess themselves when they try to do this alone.

We’ll cover how to move from planning to action, how to keep momentum once real life kicks back in, and what it takes to follow through on a move like this within the next year.

This is about turning your plan into something real. Not a piece of paper that gathers dust on your desk.

What Else You’ll Have Access To

The bootcamp doesn’t end when the live calls do.

Alongside the four live training sessions, you’ll get additional resources designed to help you implement your plan and keep moving forward after the bootcamp ends.

Bonus 1: Live Session — Build Your Freedom Business

I’ll take you behind the scenes of how I grew my business from $4k to over $100k in a year while living overseas, and how we reached $784k in revenue during a year that included a two-month scouting trip and a full international move.

Not to break down tactics, but to show you how I think, decide, and build so my business supports the life I want instead of competing with it.

This session is about designing a business that funds real freedom: financial, time, location, and the freedom to live on your terms.

You’ll see how to apply that same thinking to your own business so growth actually supports the life you’re building abroad.

Bonus 2: Two Live Bootcamp Alumni Panels

You’ll hear from two panels of past bootcamp participants who have made the move abroad and built businesses overseas.

These are real people who were in your shoes not that long ago. People who moved with pets, kids, health concerns, partners, homes, and real responsibilities.

They’ll share what the process really looked like, what they struggled with, what they didn’t expect, and what made the move work.

This is proof that you don’t need the perfect circumstances. You need a plan and the willingness to follow through.

Bonus 3: Live Ask Me Anything Q&A

This is your chance to ask the questions that don’t fit neatly into our main training days.

In this session, I’ll answer your most common and impactful questions live so you can move forward with clarity instead of second-guessing.

We’ll cover the things people always wonder about once the plan starts to feel real: pets, healthcare, housing, taxes, timelines, and the decisions that tend to trip people up right before they’re ready to take action.

Bonus 4: Move Abroad Escape Plan Blueprint

This is the framework you’ll use throughout the bootcamp to build your personalized move abroad plan.

You’ll complete it live as you make decisions about your lifestyle, income, destination, and timeline. By the end, you’ll have a single, clear plan that connects those decisions and shows exactly what to do next.

This is a plan you can implement.

Bonus 5: Private Pop-Up Community

You’ll get access to a private pop-up community during the bootcamp with people who are actively working through the same decisions as you.

This is where you stop feeling isolated in the process. You can ask questions as they come up, hear how others are thinking through the same challenges, and get perspective instead of spiraling in your own head.

For many people, this becomes the first place they’ve ever felt truly understood while planning a move like this. You’re surrounded by people who get it, are taking it seriously, and are actually moving forward.

This isn’t just extra support. This is where you find your people.

For real. Here’s a snapshot of our Stripe account from our most recent launch:
And if you’re like, “Okay cool, but I’m not you. It won’t work for me because I’m just starting out / don’t have a niche yet / don’t have an email list / etc.”...

… check out what this process has done for our students who are just like you:

That's Jordan, a recent bootcamp participant of ours who teaches fly fishing and reached out after using the secret ingredients taught inside our bootcamp...

Within 5 minutes of making his offer, he had sold over $4,000 of online course sales!

Or what about Joy Foster who helps women build online technical skills so they can return to work or change careers...

After making a few key changes to her $2,000 program, she went on to have her biggest promotion bringing in over 100 new customers!

She also used our killer promotion strategy, but more on that later...

Or how about Magnus Zetterlund who teaches people how to play the mandolin..

He's a recent member of our annual coaching program and that's him posting in our private Slack community.

We walked him through using the same ingredients you will learn in this bootcamp and he went on to make $22,902 in his first promotion!

Basically, we know a thing or two about helping people like you tap into the thriving online, multi-billion dollar online education industry and get paid for what you already know.

Results Matter. But don’t take it from me! Here’s what some of our previous students say:

Michelle moved to Mexico and Colombia with her family of 5!

Can you ACTUALLY move abroad with all the restrictions?

Hilary is getting her Master's Degree in Prague to further her career while working part-time online!

"You can read information online... but having someone you can talk to who has experience living abroad is just so valuable."

Moving my family of five abroad, I needed to make sure I did everything right. Richelle helped me gain the knowledge I needed to secure the exact job I was looking for in China, but due to COVID, we’re still unable to travel there. Richelle brought up the idea of living in Mexico while I teach online, and I loved this idea! We sold most of our belongings and began our traveling journey last February. We are so happy here in Playa Del Carmen. Working with Richelle was the best decision I could’ve made to begin my family’s adventure abroad!” – Michelle Melville-Kashon

“After stints as an English teacher in Spain and South Korea, I knew I wanted to live abroad again, but had no idea how to make it happen. Richelle has been a mentor and inspiration for me and I greatly value her advice. Using her years of experience as an expat and coach, she has helped me move abroad again.” – Hilary Hancock

While I was the Content Director at Go Overseas, Richelle was always our go-to writer for any questions about teaching abroad and living in Asia. Whether it was teacher salaries, job types, or navigating visas and scams, Richelle always had well-researched, practical, and relatable advice for our readers.” – Jessie Beck, Former content director at Go Overseas

“I originally joined because I was overwhelmed by all the information out there and I was getting lost in the sea of it all. Then I came across Richelle’s Instagram and blog and realized this is a real person giving real stories of life abroad. I felt really good about working with Richelle because I knew I’d need help and have questions to ask. She gave me more confidence that I won’t be going into teaching abroad blindly.” – Sarah Anderson

Have a burning question? Here’s what’s come up for other bootcampers:

Have a burning question? Here’s what’s come up for other bootcampers:

I haven’t 100% decided if I want to move abroad yet. Is this for me?

Still not sure if moving abroad is a fun daydream or a real desire? By the end of the workshop you will have your answer. So YES, of course this if you! Come to the bootcamp and get clear on what you really want in a matter of 4 days. But my guess is that if you made it this far, you probably already have your answer ;)

Why should I get on the waitlist now?

Getting on the waitlist means you get EARLY BIRD discounts when the next bootcamp is launched! So not only will you not have to remember to revisit this site, you also get extra discounts when the sign-up does occur - and trust me they are good!

Where is this bootcamp happening?

It's all going down on Zoom and in our pop-up Facebook group! The training each day will be held on Zoom and uploaded to the group so you can tune in live or watch the replays. Did I mention you also get access to the replays for life? Yep, you heard that right! So you can watch them whenever, wherever, FOREVER.

Who exactly is this bootcamp for?

If you want to move abroad THIS year, or in the next few years, this bootcamp is for you! This bootcamp covers those who want to be an expat and get a job on the ground AND people who want to work remotely and be location-independent. However, if you’re not planning to move to a specific country and just want to travel long-term for a few months or a year, this training isn’t going to be right for you.

Will this help me find a job abroad?

Day 2 is all about finding an awesome expat or remote job. In this training I will be giving you actionable advice to find and score these jobs, so you know exactly where to look and how to make yourself a valuable candidate. That said, I am not a recruiter or job provider, so I can’t give you an employment guarantee for obvious reasons.

What if I can’t make it live?

Don’t worry about it! Your ticket comes with access to the call recordings for the lifetime of the program, so you can watch whenever is best for you. However, I’ll be responding and answering questions live, so I HIGHLY recommend you show up and make the time! If you don’t prioritize your dream of moving abroad now, when will you?

Why is it so cheap to join?

You're right...maybe I should increase the price? Just kidding! But in all seriousness, I believe the information in this bootcamp should be made available to everyone (no matter their situation), which is why the ticket price is so affordable. With that being said, I can't confirm if the price will stay this low in the future so I recommend you take advantage of it while you can!

You’ve Done Enough Research.

Now It’s Time to Decide.

Here’s the truth: nothing changes if nothing changes.

So if you're sick and tired of dreaming about moving abroad but never taking action...

Or you've ever thought, "I thought I'd be living in another country by now"...

Or you feel a little jealous and sick to your stomach every time you look at pretty travel photos on Instagram...

Or maybe you're just FED UP with all the competing advice swirling around online and just want someone to tell you what to do and how to do it...

Honestly, you’re wasting precious time if you’re not in this bootcamp. And let’s be real, without a push you might never actually move abroad! (Ouch)

Because hoping it’ll all fall into place without getting off your butt and making it happen is a surefire way to stay stuck at home, exactly where you are right now. And you deserve better than that. You deserve your dream life abroad.

So... are you in?
